That's right regarding cheese, I have now cottage cheese on my buckwheat waffles! I dreamed about the non-yeast bread I used to buy from Trader Joe...I think I miss the most the grains (I used to eat cereals with milk every morning)..I am really concerned not to get ill or losing too much weight keeping this diet, I weigh only 122 pounds now..Well...maybe the buckwheat will save me, thanks again!
