(Having done The Master Cleanse for 40 days last year I'm in the habit of using the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) to help things along. It seems that since I'm on a Water Fast some are saying that I should not do SWF, I would like the opinion of this forum please)

Chocolate cake anyone? Today I talk about being at a birthday party and the social impact of fasting.
Have you water fasted before? I need your help, what are your views concerning salt water flushes? Does taking salt make it a "non water fast"?
I'm also re-posting day 14 since there was an error with it yesterday. (thank you to those who missed it enough to remind me it was broken!)
