I nternal treatment is necessary. I would start on either high doses of ionic silver or salt and vit c. (yahoo group lyme strategies), allimax garlic (if you stomach can handle it) the fibers will come out if you use a heavy oil like coconut oil or vasoline, or even buttermilk or olive oil. It must stay long enought to keep the skin completely covered you will see the fibers common popping out. Unfortunately you must kill them internally, when the infestation is so far advanced then you have to do either heavy anti parasite meds and Antibiotics or heavy natural therapies. This will take between 1-2 years of continous treatment. Also a zapper or rife machine will be most helpful.
