I felt completely exhausted with the IUD. I'm used to being tired (I have two small children), but this was something different, like I had a bug. I also think I did not sleep as well. I would feel tired during the day and then restless at night, like when I was pregnant. My fatigue has seemed to get better since I had it removed a week ago.
