Hi,

I am 7 days post-removal and have been using the Progonol (natural progesterone cream) and I have had no real side-effects post-removal except the good ones being that I can actually sleep now (with dreams) and the anxiety is gone! I actually started using the cream for a while as part of trying to heal from what the naturopath doctors think is adrenal fatigue (but all caused by Mirena starting almost 11 months ago and unable to start to be cured til I had the Mirena removed last week, thanks to this forum). If that is not proof in itself I do not know what is. The doctors are still skeptical....whatever!
