What worked for me. Vitamin D3 oral 50,000 for 5 days and then twice a week, and daily topical D3 cream 10,000 IU/pump over outbreak after swabbing with hydrogen peroxide. I tried the hydrogen peroxide detox during the first 7 day I had a outbreak but its healed fast and later on like 18 days I go it again but it was less intence. I realize this post is old but still came up on my search. I have been extremely diligent about keeping my body pH level alkaline. I wonder if you recently started taking multivitamins and/or herb extracts? I had a similar experience with increased breakouts while taking multivitamins with herb additives. Never knew which ingredient caused my problem but after stopping the vitamins my outbreaks went back to normal.
