Since I just saw your post, and I have some experience with sluggish digestion, I thought I’d respond. One, when I do the raw diet, I tend to compensate for its lack of appeal by eating things I like, mainly nuts and nut butters and fruit, and olives. Now that I no longer embrace the raw diet, at least for me, I think those foods cause too much stagnation and acidity, and constipation. But, if you have a weak spleen, and low digestive ”fire”, then raw vegetables are hard to break down.
I think you are probably mainly too acidic, and that is why you feel little appetite. You need vege ...
