So, basically I need:
1. More veggies
2. Good bacteria (hence the ’Acidophilus Pearls’)
3. Exercise (I’ve been ”brisk walking” a lot [to workplace, market, etc], not sure if that’s enough but...[see below])
4. Protein (May I know what kinds of peas? Will any type work?)
Update on symptoms:
Farting seems to have lessened (not sure why), but I notice when pressing on an area (about 2-3 inches at bottom left & right of belly button) there is slight discomfort (on empty stomach), but when bloated (after eating) there is pain. [End]
