I have used neem internally (powder form which I placed in capsules) with no ill effects. I noticed no affect on the parasites, though. Others have had positive results with relief from parasites with neem. Search here for posts. One thing for certain, I have never had such smooth, soft, clear skin as when I used neem. When I found I had Candida, I did the standard Candida Diet (easy to find via Google)I did it for only 8 weeks religiously but mistakenly thought that was the length of time recommended. It should have been done longer, at least 12 weeks as I recall, but I stopped and went on to parasite cleansing. Wish I had continued... This combination sounds a lot like Parastroy so maybe it will help. I used Parastroy and had notable success (not 100%, mind you). I also had similar success with Kroeger’s Wormwood Complex for parasites. Very recently I had such back pain, not lower, but upper, both sides, mostly right. I had 10 days before begun an anti-parasitic cleanse (pharma, but had been on herbal treatments for a long stint) and attributed the pain to those treatments - detox overload. Have you tried Oil Pulling (there’s a forum here on Curezone). It has helped me get rid of oral infections. I just started back doing this and I notice the difference. No pain. First thing in the morning I take about a tablespoon of olive oil and add about 1/2 dropper full of wild Mediterranean oregano oil and swish in mouth for at least 10 minutes as I prepare for the day. I see this happening a lot lately- new posters (not to say they don’t have anything positive to offer, but); sudden cures; recommendations to others to follow their advice; then the eventual returns saying, ”Well, I still have parasites, so..”. All of this is so difficult, for everyone who has/suspects they may have parasites, that we need to be careful and make well-considered posts. Not that we all haven’t shared what has worked to rid us of some of these things! We just need to be constantly aware of the individuality of results and offer support, not ’cure-alls’. ...

So glad that you are being proactive - as I am. I’ve been working on this for quite a while and I haven’t given up. It’s easy for someone to say ”See a doctor.” Obviously they haven’t read here on CZ how frustrated so many of us have been in receiving little or no help from that quarter. I’ve been the same route with doctors to no avail. The fact that we can’t get any help from them is even crazier than what we are dealing with!
