It seems that their is a logical error here. In logic if P implies Q that does not necessarily mean that Q implies P. To help show what this means an example would be that those that have high blood pressure often have a crease in their ear lobe. Having a doctor put a crease in your earlobe, where there formorly was was not, will not affect your blood pressure.
