I went through mineral testing so I know I am depleted of selenium, chromium, B-12, niacin and copper, so have been supplementing intermittantly. But recently, after reading someone’s post about taking brewers yeast and getting relief from herx reactions, I went out and bought a brewers yeast powder that was fortified with chromium, selenium and enzymes.
