First week off, I’d think you’d be best focusing on vegetable only meals like salads, sauted vegetables, stir fry, ect. Actually, thats more like the first two days. Then you could add in low GI fruit like lemons, grapefruit, green apples, and lean protein. Then the next week low GI breads like oatmeal ect, and then build up to more the week after carb shockers like bananas, muffins, breads, ect. Overall, you only have to be careful with your overall calorie count, which should be comfortable for you. First day off, maybe 400 calories, one meal.
