It’s not about following comandments or even living the according to the Bible. All one has to do to be saved is believe in Christ, ask for His forgiveness and accept Him as your savior. The Holy Spirit deals with everyone, regardless of the availability of Bibles. It is up to each one if us if we choose to open the door when He knocks.
