I know it sounds dangerous. However I always wondered why during a fast I don’t particularly want to drink. I know this - whatever makes your urine cloudy is something you should be very careful about ingesting. I know that meat has the effect of making it taste and smell awful, but really a lot depends on the kind of problem you’re trying to eliminate. Your problem might be connected with bad carb metabolism or yeast infection, so oatmeal would trigger some poisons release either by one of the organs or as a byproduct of yeast metabolism. Daikon is sold in most grocery stores like Safeway and Bel Air. I used to juice it and bring to work, the smell poisoned everyone at work every time I opened my bottle. I’m not doubting they are there, but I understand sometimes they need time to move from the depths of the gallbladder to where they are accessible to flushing. That’s my understanding in layman’s terms. As for the coke - can it be replaced with an appropriate mixture of Potassium salts, Phosphoric and Citric acids? I’m using a somewhat different recipe for the liver flush then is delineated here. For some reason Hulda’s recipe never worked for me. Everything i’m learning about cancer is pointing to fungal and bacterial cause of it. Yes, yes low immunity of course, bad liver - of course, but none of those produce an actual growth, those are predisposing factors in my opinion. I thought about that too. My original idea was to fast on green juices only. And I will work on devising such a fast for myself to be used later, which should be interesting, but first I wanted to do the tried-out version of what worked for others. Beets are indeed high in sugar, yet are the best for rebuilding blood and liver detoxification. It’s the most cleansing of all vegetables I believe.
