Thanks for the great suggestions. I do supplement daily with flax oil (1 TBSP twice per day), plus have olive oil in my salad dressing daily as well, and it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’ll try the Ayurvedic milk drink before bed, however I am lactose intolerant so will have to do it with rice milk and hope for the same effect. Also, I have read Dr. Jensen’s book, it is an excellent book. I do not have a slant board, but should try to find one.
