The excessive amount of gluten in today’s wheat causes inflammation. Google for info & videos. The problems you describe have to do with inflammation. Try going gluten-free for 4-6 weeks on a trial basis. Over this past year I have seen a big personal difference. Saves $$$ on supplements and increases nutritional uptake. I know you will think that this is “off the wall crazy”, I did when my MD (who went to the natural protocols side) strongly suggested I go gluten-free for a 6 week trial. I have a family friend that has used the Schulze formula listed in the MG post before yours. She saw some improvement but has yet to do what Schulze says to do first, the Incurables Program. Any accident, no matter how “minor”, should always be followed up by seeing a chiropractor to align the spine. I tincture most everything I take. After a month or two I end up with some functional liquid that’s not too pretty, but I’m OK with that. There are written recipes of most of Christopher/Schulze formulas and individual herbs and “dry herb kits” out there as well. Personal view/experience: I do not view diluted oil of oregano as an immune booster but as something you would take in a similar manner as an anti-biotic. To me, Echinacea is an immune booster. FWIW, I have hypertension and also diagnosed with “insulin resistance”, and 4 months ago my new MD suggested a gluten-free diet and asked me to look up on Google “Dr Wm Davis MD Wheat Belly”. He squarely puts the blame on hybrid wheat, now grown world-wide almost exclusively because of its high yield. Wheat can cause a spike in glucose faster than white sugar. I am referring to the low priced stuff at the grocery/drug stores, the kind that is always on sale. When I buy on Swanson’s site, I try to buy the name brands. Be sure to get the type that is most absorbable. Like, magnesium comes in various forms, but magnesium malate is by far one of the best. I have to trust that the product suggested must work for others, otherwise he would not have me use it. Not sure that I can answer authoritatively as I was just at a Dr a week ago. But, it was getting difficult for me to stand upright in the AM due to back pain. Also had pain during the day in sitting down or getting up. I found that astaxanthin 4mg helped with the inflammation instead of using ibuprofen. If you read his lit or watch his videos, colon cleansing is first on the list. More thoughts… Years ago I heard it said that the first little bit of water distilled should be thrown away as certain chemicals will boil off first. Another option is to not put the lid on until it bubbles some due to the same as above. Since chlorine in pools dissipates after a while, I would think it would have a lower boiling point (???) and disappear if doing the above. Some people leave a gallon jug open overnight before giving it to a goldfish as the chlorine would kill it. Could do the same?   [End]

It uses a total of ONLY 4 oz of dry herbs by weight (they swell quite a bit) when I do mine and it squeezes out to 20-24 oz of liquid product. As a side note, in one of Richard Schulze vids, he mentions a time in his association with JR Christopher. He was working the heath fair circuit where Christopher sold his cough formula containing some lobelia and people asked for their money back since it MADE them cough.
