I eat no sugar, wheat, dairy, or processed foods except on weekends when we go out.
I do have a desk job, but I run 3 miles every other day, and I get up alot at work.
Im 40 yrs old, weigh 95 pounds at 5’2
My medical records are perfect except for steel rod in my back, which has reaked havock on my muscles and nerves. I run but there is pain when I do.
I have a rebounder (trampoline) I jump on 15 minutes as soon as I get out of bed each morning.
I take Juice Plus, and green super foods. Flax oil, cod liver oil, Ive done 26 liver flushes, kidney cleanses.
You name it, Ive done it :)
