I’d say its definitely less than 10%, occassionally as high as %15 but no more than that, at least post-cholesterol. I eat alotta whole grains - wheat for indian chapattis, and I’ve taken flax and primrose and vitamins and b5 pantothenic (which 2, btw gives alotta diarhea), but still no real clearing of the acne.
It’s weird cuz I went from relatively spotless smooth skin during my teenage years to this, but anyways thanks for the feedback shelleycat. I finished my 2nd dose for the morning. Yay! I find chasing the epsom/grapefruit mixture with a slice of grapefruit subsides any nausea. ...
