New update. Started taking lecithin and after a few days got the heart pain again. I believe the lecithin and iodine is pulling plack very aggressive from the arteries creating these ischemia symptoms. This is not good. So I stopped again. And looked into MMS and ischemia. There is nothing wrong with ur colon. The problem is the flush itself. Moritz state that not doing flushes at all is better unless ur going to complete them. Eyes can be affected from the stagnate bile and also hair, nails and other. And there will be a increas stagnation of bile when you start flushing. It dosent matter what iodine i use i have losol iodine, iodine wiht potasium etc, that gives the same reactions. I also got this from ginka bilboa tea that lasted several weeks on the heart and a severe migrane headache. So its more likly there is something wrong with my heart or a detox symptom from it. Maybe i have ischemic issues or will have when i get older. Im only 25, 70kg. So now i stoped all pills and iodine and the heart pain have kind of gone away, I feel a little sometimes. I was going to try lecithin as a help for gallstones and such. The issue is just i get weird heart sensation even from smal dosage. the recomended dose is like 1-2 tablespoons. I took 1 teaspoon and got these arrytmias. I could handle 1 spicespoon tho ( 1/5 of a teaspoon ) So wtf is wrong with me. I have the same issue when i take iodine. This recipe follows the same directions as the Moritz one. Except that the oil is not mixed in Lemon juice or grapefruit. Instead I have been using something called Froosh. Its a form of a lean taste smoothie. You can go to there homepage with the same name to see the ingredient list. The first thing i think of is sodium. Do you eat alot of salt? Eating a vegtable diet can really make you pee like a horse when the sodium levels goes lower. Do you have any kidney dieses? diabetes? edema? Brittle hair is a sign that the hair do not get propper nutrients most likly due to unclean blood. I been thinking. Im very tired of drinking the oil mixture, every time i just pull that damn bottle up i wanna puke. So I thought I could try a new one. I believe you can try miracle mineral solution. If I were you i would go fasting for 3 days. then starting with the mms on the 3rd day. Jill might be right, I believe tho if you have a high metabolism, animal protein is not that bad in my opinion. But try eating it at lunch time sense the digestion is best during that time. From my perspective once you start flushing you should not stop. You can try Miracle mineral solution as a complement to the flushes. And if the flushes do not give any result you have to change the way you are doing them. One impotent thing with flushing is to feel the pressure from the gallbladder before you flush. This u can feel by eating more fats the days before the flushing day. Andreas moritz have said himself the reflux is a enzym, low acid issue in the stomac. Correct me if im wrong. And when I did my first flush I had similar to you. It went over after a few weeks. My teory is that some part of ur liver have been congested and also a bit enlarged, pushing toward your cardia and causing your issues. I think you should try do a flush with Epsom salt.
