Fasting completely halted my progression as far as I can tell. All Swelling and pain went away. I’m able to juice without re-activating the swelling and pain, but one wrong meal, like a steak, and I am back in pain and swollen the following morning. I’ve just decided that I will be juicing from here on out till something gives.....
Diet does help. But in my case I had to go extreme with a long term bone broth and whey water fast, then ease into juicing. I can now eat a few things like bananas and avocados it seems without re-activating everything. But burgers, fries, steaks, chips meat ...
