I’ve been reading that vitamin c in high doses cause mineral deficiencies. I tried to take high doses of vitamin C (10 grams) per day and I get the feeling of mineral deficiencies. Does anyone ever pay to get their stool tested to see if they even have candida? Because a lot of people think they have candida when in reality they do not. What if I told you that if you ate nothing but fruits and veggies you would cure your candida in 2 weeks of less? You wouldn’t believe it, but its true. Let me chime in here and try to see if I can help you out. The Paleo diet will not help you at all. It will only make your problems worse. We were not meant to eat a high fat high protein diet. We are starch eaters. Our bodies produce Amylase in abundance compared to Protease or Lipase. That alone should be a good indicator on what you should be eating. Spinach, Kale, Lettuce, Wheatgrass(powdered shots are fine, such as Amazing Grass’s brand) Chlorella and Spirliuna.
