Hi, Like everyone else, I have tried just about everything trying to regain my health from 5 years of systemic candida. So, I am giving Three-Lac a try. I am using only half the amount they suggest and have the most severe rectal itching (sorry to be so graphic) ever. I have contacted the distributor and they said this usually subsides after a couple of weeks - after three months it is still as bad as ever. Got a great protocol for this stuff. You probably won’t need this much, but it work super great. Take 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar add one cup of water. Put in a bottle and put on your scalp/hair. Yep, you will be stinky. After it dries, take a shower. Use garlic shampoo and conditioner. Let the shampoo sit on the scalp for a couple of minutes and do the same with the conditioner. Don’t worry! You won’t smell. Look at using a shampoo/conditioner from Nora Ross - I think this is it. Works great.   [End]

Hi, I hate Candida. It has been a torment for more than 4 years. I have found it just about impossible to do the diet without slipping up. Is there something where you do not have to think like a Nutri-System for Candida? I know I sound impossibly lazy. I’m not. Hi, You really seem to have a handle on this stuff. I have had it for almost 5 years. I do have some questions for you. I have very much limited my intake of carbs, sugar, and dairy; however, I have found it almost impossible to do the Candida Diet. I work full time and have a family - that frankly would not appreciate it much. We are actually a rather healthy looking lot - no one is overweight. Any suggestions? I hear you. I think I’ve had issues forever, but did not fall off the wagon completely until 5 years ago - It was like going through DTs! I have most definitely limited my carbs, sugars, and dairy, but found it is fairly impossible to live this way without a slip-up and frankly it sucks going on vacation or out to dinner when you live in terror of eating the wrong thing. I’ve developed the habit of downing garlic and ACV to counter eating something I probably should not have had. I must admit, you really got me on rifing. I have not heard of it before.
