Hi Hsimbro, I’m not sure of how many times I tried the Gubarev enemas? I think I did the best I could a couple of times and then moved onto other methods of trying to get the higher Ropes to exit. The Gubarev enemas did a great job but it seems the critical Ropes that were harder to reach were key in moving the healing process along. It’s difficult to understand what you are describing. If your friend is having trouble with eliminating or moving the bowels they could first try a 2 quart warm water enema, then proceed to the Gerson Coffee Enema to remove the toxic load from the liver. They can continue the Gerson Enema a few times a day if needed if they cannot release the toxic burden that is on their liver/kidneys. Hi #179458, Great question!! Most of us (I presume) are feeling our way through all this...but If my hunch is correct the upper intestine Ropes are lighter in color. The first thing I would do, is start the Gerson Coffee Enema to dump the toxic load from your system. I have been where you are and am now about 95% healed. The off-gassing from the parastic/microbial load is really hard on your organs. If you get into the routine of starting this process in the morning you can keep things more stable until you get a handle on what protocol is working for you. I have used 2 Qts water with 25 drops 35% H202 and have had good results (did not try to hold this long) I’m sure you can use one qt. water, and start adding drops slowly to make sure it’s not too strong & position yourself for higher distribution. Also there is Volinskys mention of 40 drops to consider, I could tell 25 drops/2 qts. was my personal limit (tried 28 drops and could barely hold it)..
