Hello, I have been using Nystatin daily for about a month now against my candida with great results. Recently I have noticed my symptoms coming back slowly and am wondering about the viability of my Nystatin powder. It says on the bottle to keep refrigerated but I wonder how important this is. I forgot to put it away one day and it was left out on the counter for a few hours. Would this make the Nystatin ineffective or does it need more heat than that? I am worried that I need to order a new bottle ASAP or the candida will come back full force, but I don’t want to spend money to rep ...

Question on rotating the anti-fungals... does this include ALL of the ones you mention or just the herbals? I noticed in a later post you no longer recommend any essential oils except peppermint oil. Below is the list of anti-fungals I have currently and was planning to do 3 at a time and rotate one out every 5 days like you did, but wasn’t sure if this applied to things like Monolaurin too: Goldenseal Wormwoord Pau D’arco Cats Claw Peppermint (essential oil) Monolaurin SF722 Saccharomyces Boulardii In addition I am taking Nystatin 4x daily. Thank you for all of this information. Your posts contain a wealth of research and most closely align with my own so I plan to start my treatment in the manner you did. I have a few questions though if you would be so kind as to answer: 1) You mention in this post that in phase 2 you are just adding pro/pre-biotics and continuing everything from phase 1. Hello, I am new to this forum and am writing for some feedback on my consition. I suspect I am suffereing from some sort of fungal overgrowth.
