Was recently diagnosed with LAR, and this book was recommended to me. I read through it, and it makes sense, but it’s sort of stringent. For example, it says not to eat nuts because they have fat in them, whereas alkalizing diet books say nuts are fine. The main thing in this book is very low fat, no fried foods and no carbonated beverages/sodas. You’re supposed only eat foods above a pH of 4.0 for the first two weeks, which is a very restrictive list. I’m going to try it to see what happens, but I think maybe once I get this under control, I’m going to try the acid/alkaline diet.   [End]

Hi everyone. It’s been a long time. I wanted to know if anyone has ever taken FishLife doxycycline? I ordered it on eBay, but the capsules have no markings on them, and I can’t find an image anywhere of doxycycline without markings on the capsules. It has a ”Made in the USA” flag on the label, but that could be fake. I’m starting my yearly strongyloides protocol, and don’t want to delay if possible. I started taking diatomaceous earth and noticed that my urine smells very bad. #1 Strongyloides are tiny. Females are only 1/5 of an inch long at best, and males are microscopic. #2 No full sized Ascaris, tapes or hookworms travel through your veins. Julie, I was taking Acetyl L-Cysteine first thing every morning on an empty stomach. I’ll start back again. Feeling better now, and only taking a few supplements every day. I have a goiter, which I’m going to treat with iodine supplementation as soon as I get through this very busy time. One more month, and I can do what I want without having to worry about the side effects. In the meantime, I’m taking 1/4 drop of iodine a day and whatever is in my multi. I can’t take lupus drugs because of the strongyloides. When my immune system is suppressed, they go into hyperinfection, which is more deadly than the lupus. I didn’t know why the lupus drugs made me so sick until I was diagnosed with strongyloides. I can never take any sort of steroids, which is mostly what is used for lupus. I’ve stopped all my supplements for awhile, except a multi and B-complex. I’m having insane brain fog, just from taking a few supplements that are anti-parasitic. I would suggest you take ICU’s albendazole & Ivermectin protocol. That will get just about all of whatever you have. For the jock itch, you probably have systemic candida as well. For that, I suggest using borax water, which is also good for many other things. 1/4 tsp. in liter of water for females and 1/2 tsp. for men. Sip it throughout the day. I also put lemon juice in my water, because it is alkalizing and parasites can’t thrive in an alkaline body.   [End]

I did the same thing -- took a week of Iver beforehand to get the numbers down so I didn’t have such a bad die-off. You’re fine. Both of them are drying, so drink plenty of water and use cocoa butter lotion or coconut oil to moisturize your skin. Borax is great for diverticulitis. 1/4 tsp (females) or 1/2 tsp. (males) in a liter of water. Sip throughout the day, every day, forever. It is amazing stuff. It also help with arthritis pain and candida overgrowth. It won’t kill big worms, but it can help heal the infection. And coconut oil. It is just awesome.
