Thank you for your reply and encouragement! I must add I have been quite the party animal my whole life.(smoking daily and drinking 3+ times a week and drugs...). I have stopped smoking completely because of an incident I had last time I did/ for my general health and haven’t drank in a while. Thank you for your response! Well I’m glad the bad stuff is coming out then lol. I have been feeling good lately and the expierence hasn’t scared me off I’m definitely planning to continue my Flushing in 3 week intervals. I’ll continue posting updates and one thing I must add for all that read this is my chest has been injured for the past month and a half because I slepted on it for 2 months because my back acne was so severe I couldn’t bare to sleep on it. Thank you my friend and yes I agree as of right now I’m really grasping at straws here trying to figure out the cause. Something I noticed today I did eat and drink quite a lot because it was my birthday. Everything was raw except for a piece of nice salmon I had for my birthday since I’ve been trying to be strict with me regiment and weirdly enough my hives did subside during the day. I took a nap and am now up and haven’t eaten and they have returned. I am going to continue raw food until my liver cleanse in 3 days and see what the results are. Thank you for the replies! It was freshly squeezed. I am going to try eating all raw organic diet and see what happens. The hives still persist they pop up after I eat and also randomly through the day all over my body it is quite annoying but hopefully part of detox. I will liver flush in 4 days with espon salt and grapefruit and olive oil to see what happens. I hope this is just detox symptoms and something is coming out.   [End]

Hello I am male and I’ve recently finished my first 7 day fast I broke it with a glass of grapefruit juice followed by a salad with spinach carrot cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. My second meal was snacking on some cherry tomatoes and spinach when a rash appeared on my face and side which resembled hives.
