I also wanted to add, I did do a little research on narcissitic (i think i spelled that all wrong) personalities (thanks for pointing it out to me), and he definately has a lot of those characteristics, very strongly too. Absolutely. It’s great that you recognize that this is not good for you, and are taking the steps to change that. That is awesome. I do think that drinking on a fast kind of defeats the purpose if you know what I mean. The purpose of the fast is to detox our bodies, of all the poisons that we have accumulated through years of abuse to our bodies through bad eating, smoking, drinking, etc. So it would be so much more beneficial to your body if you can abstain during your fast.
