Hi Joel: I do juice an organic apple into my juice each day along with carrots, celery, greens, lemon and ginger. The apple helps maintain my blood sugar levels a little better. My blended well cooked vegetables are thinned enough with the chicken or vegetable broth that I can drink them from a mug, so I think they are still pretty easy on the digestive tract. A few years ago, I took massive amounts of chlorella, and I stunk to high heaven. I was smelly before I took it, but after a few weeks on it, I could smell up a whole office building. No one could be within 10 feet of me. I figured out that it was causing a deep cleanse of my cells and tissues, so I stayed on it for a few more weeks hoping the smell would start to diminish, but it just seemed to get stronger. It sounds like you are on the right track to defeat this condition. I found it very interesting that you tested positive to TMAU at first, then negative twice. That makes me believe that our test results are determined by whatever state our liver detox pathways are in at the time (for those of us who truly don’t have TMAU). After dealing with this condition (fbo) for a number of years, I’ve had my greatest success in reducing/eliminating the odor when I stay on the restricted diet of mostly vegetables, some chicken and fish, eggs, vegetable juice and green drinks. I’ve only been able to stick to the diet for no more than two months at a time, then I get off track and have a terrible time getting back on. Of course, the body odor comes back strong when I start to eat badly again. Hey all: I just completed liver flush #11, and I’m no longer getting any stones, although I did with the first 10. I don’t want to stop doing them because with each flush I still get lots of the fatty material that just floats in the water. Is that chaff, does anyone know? I would suggest trying a very good colon cleanse and taking a good probiotic three times a day. I am taking Colonix (a three month colon cleanse) and it is an excellent product. I just started it, so I’m hoping it does wonders for me, but you could look it up on the internet and read the testimonials. There are some posts stating that it cured some people’s terrible bad breath. I would also limit meat, and eliminate white sugar and white flour products. Stick with it all and be patient. Don’t give up. You are too young to quit trying. Make 2007 the year your life starts over again.

I had a bladder infection recently and had lots of burning and frequent peeing, and didn’t want to take an antibiotic either, so I took an ounce of ac vinegar with a couple ounces of water ever hour for two days.
