I also used to get migraine after eating almonds or cashew nuts and believe me the only solution is to give up nuts for life ! Other foods that are extremely detrimental to migraine sufferers are whole cereals and legumes (= soy products, dry beans and lentils) because of their fiber content. These foods not only cause migraine but also depression.
