I’ve done all of this on a Champion Single-Gear juicer - I would imagine it would work just fine with a Double-Gear as well...As long as you have a Solid Blank so that everything goes thru without separating. Beets tend to be drier than other root crops, so you can try soaking the chunks for a spell before you juice. Either way even with good juicers its generally easier to run the beet pieces withj some carrot. Definitely juice the whole beet - but the crowns are generally ridden with dirt chunks. The Protein bit of milk is in the Milk Solids - the white part of the milk, which yes does contain the fat globules as well. If you are worried about Oxalic Acid - It will be present no matter Raw or Cooked. From the medical texts I read cooking actually converts the Oxalic Acid to its anion Oxalate that causes the problems..as it combines readily with many elements, particularly metals used in the cooking. Green and Red peppercorns are sometimes considered better as they are just dried from fresh. However, the irritation caused by Pepper generally applies to all peppercorns. As for the beans - How do you cook them? and what kinds? Lentils tend to. However I don’t really have any problems with other beans be it stove top, pressur cooker, or slow cooker. You may be boiling them too vigorously and/or not qite not enough water? Slow simmer seems to work better for me.
