Tracey, I am 30 and found gallstones in the Feb of this year. At the end of the last year, I experienced a couple of ”attacks” in the mid-nights, hands and feet felt cold, and a very tighten in the right rib -- it is not a simple pain, but a kind of tighten and hang and very difficult to tolerance.
I got several attacks this year, but most of them are smooth and can be tolerant with heating the tighten area.
As my first flush, I followed your advice to eat paragone before the flush. The flush was very successful. Thank you.
