Thanks for the link PTree... I actually added that to my favorites as it was the only site which explaned the hydration process. The colour of the bentonite in the photo is grey, nearly silvery in fact. My bentonite seems to be more creamy, a bit like the colour of vanilla ice-cream, therefore it must be of a lower grade of purity, I suppose. Hello, I have a problem with my bowel movements, that I find unexplainable. The problem is I go to the bathroom and move my bowels and my fecal matter is soft and gooey. After I am done moving my bowels and I wipe myself, the fecal matter seems to be ”endless” and it is very hard to get rid of without wiping atleast 20x or so, I use whole rolls of toilet paper at times. Hi, I just bought Bentonite in powder form (although am not sure whether its USP-grade). Hi there, Just wondering about my experiences on the MC/BP fast. I am on day 7 today. On day 5 I finally passed something which seemed as though it may have fit in the mucoidal category.
