I have tried binding them but even loosely at first was too painful because another nearby rib was broken. It’s been almost a month now so I may try that again. I didn’t know about the castor oil packs. I will try them too. I have been using occasional comfroy root poultices and drinking some comfrey leaf tea. The tea seems to loosen lung phlegm which makes it much easier to cough. I’ve also been taking MSM and Glucosamine regularly. Not sure how you suggest ginger be used. Thanks for the reply. Dentists terrify me so I’d really like to avoid going if at all possible. I’m taking aspirin to keep the inflammation down. It hurts all the time but is much worse when I chew something. And when I grab both sides of the tooth with fingers, I can move it. It seems fairly loose. Never had a problem with this tooth before. Maybe it just needs root planing. I wore a patch on it last night but it didn’t seem to help. Maybe wasn’t on long enough. Shall I try another one, during the daytime?   [End]

Still pain free in the hip. Aching feeling is mostly gone from legs, sole of right foot is still somewhat sore when stretched and right ankle is very slightly swollen. Pads were slightly less dark brown this morning. I had them on for 13 hours this time, 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. I am tempted to wear some pads during the day directly on my hip and wondering if this would be advisable. The ants don’t seem to be dying from contact with the used pads, although who knows what happens to them later, after they crawl away? They are the smallest ants I’ve ever seen, much smaller than a fire ant; and they are carnivorous. I trapped a large spider under a cup on the carpet and was going to take it outside, then forgot about it for a couple of hours, and when I lifted the cup those ants were all over the spider. Raider (is that you, Mona?) By far the best cookware from a toxins perspective is earthenware. It is also the cheapest. You can find it in most Oriental markets. The only drawback is you have to be more careful with it because it is breakable. Can’t let a pot boil dry or drop a lid. The 2nd best thing is cast iron.
