Except I wasn’t taking too much calcium. Also, many years ago I used too drink obscene amounts of milk throughout the day and no problem (stay away from milk though, for other reasons). Now that I remember that time, I don’t think this problem is caused by too much calcium or calcium blocking other minerals or vitamins. In fact, I’m ruling it out (in my opinion). That leaves two things: *Infection - The body should eventually be able to defeat an infection (or die trying) even without antibiotics, which is not what we are seeing on this forum with people having this condition for ye ...

Hi Fregasedo, My lips would get progressively dryer and thicker. After three days it was necessary to peel off the dry skin, which was easy. Most of it would be loose by that day (air pockets underneath with torn, lifted edges). Then I would hope that the cycle would stop, that my lips would stay smooth, but they wouldn’t.
