Hi, I just found this webpage from a google search. 5 days ago I decided to go on a fast since I was sitting around the house so much from two broken toes that happened 4 weeks ago. I wanted to lose weight, detox, accelerate my body’s healing as well as recover from a few aches and pains. I haven’t fasted in years and was reading on the net that a 10 day water fast is most beneficial. Anyhow, I’m on the 4th day and it isn’t getting much better.
