Hi, Since you appear to get few outbreaks or suffer fairly mildly, why not buy some lauricidin as it is suppossed to be very good at killing herpes and does not cost much ie you can take it daily.Hopefully this will be enough to keep the virus permanently repressed. Before having sex you could spray your genitals with diluted hydrogen peroxide as this kills any viruses on the skin. Sorry to hear of your pain, but lets concentrate on getting better. First, get some DMSO cream. It can sting a bit at first, but its very effective against herpes and should help tremendously.Do a search on google for a supplier. Never an Outbreak sell it and it does work extremely well.
