Hello, I would be careful about taking a lot of supplements right now. It can be too much for your liver to handle right now. Be careful with iodine, it is also detoxifying. I was on it for 2 weeks and it made me feel worse. This is what I am doing, eat healthy, start coffee enemas and liver cleansing (go slow). Later, you can slowly add things back. Well a month ago I had a saliva test done thru Cell Science Systems. It showed normal am cortisol, and then below level low all times after that. Then I heard people were complaining saying Cell Science levels were wrong,(everyone coming back low,) So I did another test 1 month later thru ZRT. I had my last saliva test done when I was in the 2nd part of my cycle (luteal phase) and the results were higher in range in the am (but higher end) high, out of range at noon, and evening and night in range but higher end. I had a test 1 month prior to that one from a different lab, and I was on the cream then. But my results were not high, they were low. Yes, I have high anxiety and adrenaline. I do not know for sure if I am high cortisol or low. I had a saliva test done one month ago. It came back okay in the morning,low at noon, low at 5pm, and low at 10 pm. Well I did do another flush. I felt full again and felt if I did not flush, I was going to have an attack. I got out a lot of sludge, small stones, and about 12 bigger stones. The biggest was almost 2 centimeters! It was a rough night of discomfort from feeling everything trying to move out. Two nights ago I started taking these products. The curcuma at night and coptis. Well each night my gallbladder would get hot and feel inflamed from it.
