When you stop eating fermented foods, then you need to add more salt to your diet.
You are not consuming enough salt,hence the thirst. (and drinking too much will just flush the minerals out of you too)

I dont have a single filling in my teeth but my brother and the rest of the family do , and i keep telling them to have it removed.
My mom has a friend who is a dentist so they can get it for free,but i have no idea whether she is good or not.

And you also mentioned baking powder, I think you should never use baking powder on a candida diet. I use sodium bicarbonate instead.

Ah yes, in general sure!
I finally have more energy every day. The brainfog is gone. Very rarely do I get the ”my arms and legs feel so heavy” feeling,but it was a long time ago since I last felt it.

There is something that many people seem to forget about: friendly bacteria live on alkaline surroundings..
I wouldnt take probiotics whilst Im not alkaline enough, it is just a waste.As far as I know they die if you’re acidic.
And yeast overgrowth/parasites = you’re too acidic.

I know it is hard,and I wasnt able to do it for months... i was so angry with the people who said what I shouldnt eat and so on. It was so much. I was angry and sad. But then I realized if I dont stick to it, I will NEVER EVER get better OR get healthy again.
Cheatings happened here and there but not too big, and I really tried to stick to the diet as hard as I could.

Antifungals, and the diet. Hence it is very important to keep the diet if you have candida.
Please start reading the already posted topics on this forums,you can get a lot of answers here. I’ve been doing the same for more than half a year.
The basic rule is to do a bowel cleanse, then a kidney cleanse and finally a liver cleanse.
And the parasite cleanse has to be finished,too.
Plus, you will need some vitamin and mineral supplements cos Candida and parasites drain you out.
Dont forget to alkalize either. Candida+parasites live on acidic pH. ...

uhm well, i meant that imo Psyllium is more effective than linseed...
No wonder the P&B shakes contain it. But again, I’m dealing with candida, and its hard to get rid of, and psyllium (together with bentonite) is said to be very effective to drag it out of your bowels and so on.
As for how to eat linseed... I usually put them in my morning (homemade) yoghurt...

Uhm... well I never had this white coat on tongue problem , my tongue has always looked pink and healthy. Of course there is a very slight white coating on it,but I think that is normal for healthy people too? It is hardly visible.

It took me a while too, to tell at least my mom whats going on.
Because I knew she is always scared if there is any kind of disease going on in the family...I remember after a while when she saw I stopped eating normal bread and so on..she only asked: ”are you on a diet,wanna lose weight or what” (Not to mention, I’m around 52kg. I’ve really read shitloads of articles on Candida, forbidden and allowed foods etc etc. And found that some say this food is forbidden another would allow it,and another would allow another food and forbid that one, you know what i mean.
