Did your doctor do a needle biopsy of your thyroid? As far as I am aware, that is how Hashimoto’s is diagnosed. Hashimoto’s can lead to hypothyroidism, and some of you symptoms sound like hypo. I am the same as you about the cayenne. I used to do ”shots” of the stuff: lemon juice, syrup, a little water, cayenne, and take it as a shot, down the hatch chased by a very large glass of water. You do not use epson salts on this cleanse, only in Clark’s liver flush recipe. You do a salt water flush (SWF) which is a mixture of sea salt and warm water that bathes your intestines and helps move everything through pretty quickly. I have read about why you souldn’t use them, but I feel that they still get the job done. if you decide not to take the caps, here is an alternative: take a ”shot” of lemon, syrup and pepper with a little water every hour on the hour for about 8 hours. drink a large glass of water following this as well as drink water throughout the day. I have read that a lack of magnesium in your system can cause you to become irregular and that a flush won’t expel properly. Perhaps taking 500mg of magnesium will help things move better.
