I have no real recipe for it, here is what I do.. But I put about 20/25 drops of lavender oil in 36 to 48 oz of warm water. Sometimes I will add lemon oil about 10 drops. Are you regular? If not, I would suggest a colon cleanser. I realize the hard way that a backed up colon can cause fatigue. Exercise and eating good are great, but if you have been constipated, this won’t help you much. I think there are things you can do on your own if the other is not an option. Make sure you are going to the bathroom regularly and eat seeded watermelon and I am telling you, I recommend enemas with lavender oil. If you don’t have an enema kit (they can be pricey) Purchase a $5 catheter syringe from a medical shop, works just as good. Does anyone know if parasites can invade the eardrum and cause severe sensitivity to sounds and noises? I have a friend who is having a terrible time and she’s had to quit her job because her ear so super ”sonically” sensitive to sounds. For me personally, I wouldn’t let these things rule my life. I say enjoy in balance, no worm is going to keep me from me eating what I want. If you feel like you should stay away from these foods for a certain period of time, then do that. But life is all about enjoying the good things. I’m back from Jamaica! I didn’t lose, I gained 2 lbs. which means I am at 175. APRIL 24 UPDATE I weigh 171.5!!!! Yay. My body dropping in increments of .5 is crazy, it happened after I did HCG which I NEVER recommend anyone doing. Yep, I am #1, that describes me. And I guess my youngest sister does not fit in any of these at all, she has no problem losing weight, maybe has one dimple of cellulite. I agree with Pamela, fasting is not always the answer for some people. I used to could fast on a regular basis but my body was sick, bloated, chronically fatigued and I thought fasting would be my answer. Wrong! You have given me a lot to think about .. some things different than I have learned on CZ. On the 4th one, if you are a meat eater (eat it at lunch), without hypoglycemia (not dizzy for at least 3.5 hours between meals), and can stop eating at 6pm, you will lose 1 lbs every 3 days. Oil most definitely has a ”pulling” effect. My dog had a cancerous, pink tumor on the top of his head ... for a week and a half I put castor oil on it, 3 times a day ... then bam! The cancerous, black blob was ejected from the tumor. I continued to add oil daily, eventually more black came out and it is all but gone now.
