Hello felow forum readers. About 8 days ago I switched from using fresh squezed lemon juice to citric acid as an activator. I had been using 1/4 tspoon for up to 6 drops of MMS and twice the lemon juice for MMS drops up to about 10. All got yellow and smelled as usual. I would add to apple juice about 4 oz and no problem to drink. When I got the Citric acid crystals I mixed 1 part to 9 parts water (from the tap IE city water)...anyway. I am activating MMS with fresh squezed lemon juice...soon will be using citric acid solution...I am adding this to only an ounce or two apple juice with NO extra or added Vit C, for wash down. MY question is...should I drink more fluid with the ”wash down” or just drink some more water after wash down..or is there any importance to adding more fluid...at wash down time....I do try to keep myself hydrated thru the day with healthy beverages or mostly water. Thanks Isdfireguy I will make up some citric acid solution activator. How long will 4 or 6 oz liquid stay good in the fridge.? I also posted incorrectly...I use apple juice without Vit C and NOT apple cider... for the wash down beverage. my wife likes pomogrante with blue berry or cherry juice. and NO vit C. Also I may cut back on MMS drops to see how potent the citric activiated solution is.. With the was down drink, though I am only using a shot galss amount of fluid. Hello to all forum members. Can anyone give me the correct forumla for making my own citric acid MMS activator. I have the citric actid crystals. but do not know how to mix with distilled water to get the percentage activator, as suggested. Jim Humble says in one place 10% and in another place 5% activator. So I also need to be clear on this (percentage) as well. Thans to all whom may give me some advice. Hi All Wanted to get others experience with MMS and runny nose or insomnia. I started MMS in DEC 07 activated with fresh squeezed lemon juice. washed down with White House apple cider...with NO Vit C added. I have been taking MMS to reduce sinus problems..no other medical issues...Initially up to 6 drops twice a day..but had diah, so cut back to one time a day. Now back up to 8 drops at bed time..I have now noticed, my nose running when I get into bed about 1 hour after taking MMS as well and now not being able to get to sleep...seems I get more awake...I can not remember if I read ...

Hi to all. I have been using MMS since Christmas 2007 initially working up to 7 or 8 drops twice a day...had diah...but no nausea...then cut back to 7 or 8 befor bed time..No medical problems, other than sinus....activiate with fresh squeezed lemon juice...I used plain old white house apple cider which has no vit C added. There is usually a brand of aple cider also in the cooler section with other juices that has no vit C added. My wife uses pomogranit with either strawberry, cherry or blue berry flavor..and No vit C added. She was working or nail fungus..She also had more diah.. ...

Hi Johnny, Thanks for your post. I did not elaborate on the situation regarding the spider bite. It is a friend of mine, whos mother was bitten 2 1/2 years ago. I, and my wife have worked in Medicine for 30 years, she is an RN and I am a Physical therapist doing specalized nerve and muscle diagnostic testing. Anyway the lady in question, is NOT diabetic,she has seen 8 plastic surgeons, a couple of other MDs. been had 6 plastic surgical priceedures for skin grafts, to the bite area ovr her lateral ankle. Hi Jana, Thanks for the clairity of your answer...it sure is hard to find juice that fits the bill, then you look on the back and see that they have ADDED vit-C. I guess if they also say ascorbic acid in the contents, then the C has also been added. I was just checking my welches grape juice from concentrate. It does NOT have added Vit-C or ascorbic acid...but does have Citric acid.. do you know the difference between Citric Acid and Ascorbic, or Vit-c. Thanks for the reply. In some of the literature...the author was saying that if you were haveing bad nausea when taking 7 drops...to cut back to one or 2 drops a dose, waiting one hour, and doing the same thing again..and continuing until reacing 7 or more. This would still be twice a day of so desired....so my wife and I tried the 3 drops wait 1 hr and 3 drops..going on for two days now and No side effects..however I am also wanting to get a little more clarity on adding the 3 minute activated MMS with my juice beverage for washing it down.. Hi Hop. From what I can read you took a pretty heavy dosage...and probably..or rather you should get a least nauseated. Probably toilet time as well, but may be the next day. It was not clear if this was your first try or you were just sick and took a Mega dose.. My wife and I are gradually working up, though we have no specific sickness..we have done 3 drops then wait an hour and 3 more drops...all seems well at the moment. Head congestion seems to have cleared..though I have read numerous posts...about cold symptons coming on after dosing at 7 drops or more.. I will look for the ju ...

Anyway.. If you activate the MMS with Lemon juice...fresh squeezed....and let sit for 3 to 4 minutes... will mixing this now with any store bought juice mess up the now activiated MMS.
