Well I understand that it is hard to believe. You don’t have to do the same thing I did, there is hundreds of other ways to try this. And tintin10 I understand that it made you smell worse, because the first month that I tried this my smell did get worse, until I guess it got used to what I was eating. and I loss a little bit of weight I’d guess about 20 pounds. and yes I have tried rice, but that was before I tried this diet, so I do want to try it. Because there are some people on here who eat rice with their diet which works for them.   [End]

The tips I would give you is you can use baby wipes when on your period. and drink a lot of water. and also use the cotton underwear so it would absorb the sweat if ever were present. it helped me. and I would always rinse cold water on it after I got out the shower, which I still take twice a day.   [End]

I ate the apples, lemons and salad for 6 months. Before that, I did try eating that type of salad before meals because I was still trying to get use to eating it. But now I only eat this salad. So yes I am still eating it. Its not just apples and lemons. It is apples, lemon juice, and salad all together. I understand that it would sound extreme. but no I didn’t only eat apples and lemons, I ate it with salad. and you can put lots of salad, lemons, and apples as you want. yes I was under A LOT of stress and anxiety. I was taking pills when I was in high school for my anxiety, but I stopped because I wanted to try and fight the anxiety and stress on my own. Thanks, and yes definetly I had constipation when I went through this odor. When I was in high school I noticed when I got nervous my stomach would make this sort of growling noise, but it would sound like a fart. so kids would laugh and say I farted when it was really my stomach. BUT when I went to the restroom it stopped.
