oh, one last thing, how many times a day / week do you put the oil on your belly. I will try what you say (my diet is basically that already). Now that i think about it my skin on my face has been getting drier over the past year only after getting wet (lips done for when wet but only from warm water with cold water im fine) and only my face, no other part (nose and forehead only.)   [End]

Hi, thanks for the info. I too dont want anyone to suffer like this as we both know what it is like. I have even thought about going to med school and so forth just cause of this. one last thing, as i mentioned that this was a skin disease i would like to point out that my reasoning for saying this is because I understand biology (recent university graduate) as well as the drugs i was using. If you look into our disease as well as the drugs that work, like, say, fucidin, or efudex, and look at the biological workings of the drugs and how they interact with our cells then you can see it is a problem of the skin and not oils. Hey everyone, this will be my last post for the time being but i know i mentioned previously that i was thinking about getting it surgically removed because it is the only thing that seems logical by now, after several years of suffering.  I have tried everything from protopic, to fucidin, to prevex, to efudex, to lip shaves, to laser surgery and nothing works.  Nothing is permanent, although fucidin seems to help relieve the symptoms for the day which means id have to apply every evening which is not how i want to live my life. hi, i dont mean to sound like a critic or anything but i have this problem as well and although i do carry hope for a cure i do not believe supplements are the answer to our problem. It is a skin disease, with our skin cells affected like in every other disease. To treat it is not easy but I think the supplements may help relieve the symptoms like mostourizer does. I found a derm doctor that wrote me a percritption for a cream called FUCIDIN mixed with zinc oxide for sun protection. No, I do not have fungus, although this cream also helps for that. hey everyone, i have the exact same problem as all of you, caused by excessive stress from school. What triggered the beginning of it was chapstick use and nivea cream use on my lips. I dont use anything now and for 10 months ive had exfoiative chelitisis. It comes to the point where i dont even like to go out anymore.
