first of all, i am mainly fasting because i want to lose weight. i am 19 years old, about 6’2 and weigh around 290 lbs. i started the water fast today and still going at it. My questions are.
1) obviously your metabolisms slows during the fast, so will this affect me trying to continue to lose weight after the fast.
2) is it fairly safe. i’ve read some posts on here. i just don’t want to pass out or anything. thanks.
3) is it true that the fat reserves will be used before muscle, because i am quite overweight.
