Although everyone is different, in my experiences a plant based diet is not good for AF at all. TC, cortisol is basically our body’s antihistamine. The lower your cortisol levels are, the higher your histamine levels will be. These levels also fluctuate as we know. I agree with Twinkl. Colostrum has been incredibly beneficial to my gut health as well as raw whole milk. For the first time in 10 years, I am having daily movements (without caffeine stimulation) and I don’t feel like I am carrying a rock in my gut after meals.. OMG liver flushes are an excellent way to crash yourself if you have AF! I would also use caution with herbal protocols as well. The body with AF is extra sensitive, and most of the time these herbs do more harm for us than good. If you’re looking for a more gentle way to address the liver, I would suggest activated charcoal liver poultices and lemon water (don’t overdo it!) providing you are not histamine intolerant. Yes, Mercola is a quack scaremonger like so many other ”practitioners” out there. I used to get his emails but quickly unsubscribed after getting so many ”XYZ will kill you!” letters. Thank you saywhatagain :) It took me quite awhile to realize that I did not need to load myself up with potions and supplements or do crazy protocols to recover. In fact, worrying about following those protocols added to the stress! I just needed God, good quality food (let food be thy medicine!), positive feelings/emotions, support from my loved ones, rest, and time. I always had issues with Milk Thistle. I found that it is a pretty intense herb, especially when dealing with AF. Are you taking it to try and cleanse your liver? I am in agreement with 157226 on this issue...I wouldn’t take anything that gives me severe adverse reactions, no matter how ”healthy” it is for me. Always listen to your own body.   [End]
