Someone mentioned reflux, and I recently read that a red apple helps. I tried it for an unusual and mild touch of reflux, and it worked from the first bite. Dear Diane, A strictly personal comment: I think that slowing of the bowels/constipation may be caused by parasite toxins as the critters die.
