Taco salad - Sautée with ghee, taco spice, chopped onion, then add ground beef, diced garlic, salt. Serve with tomato/avocado.
Chili – Sautée with ghee, ¼ cup chili spice, chopped onion, then add ground beef, salt, then slow-cook with garlic, tomato, marinara sauce, some water. Serve with avocado.
Prep - The superzappicator to zap all the vegis & meat
Wash vegetables in apple cider vinegar solution before zapping.
idk, I prefer to use a wooden spatula over metal.
