hi, im really sorry for late reply ,as i havent logged in for quite some time. um is sort of long story really ill try simplify. i was really really ill as u know, same as u, took the treatment for blasto , had it cleared, felt considerablly better, could function again properly etc, but ill be honest ive never fully recovered, im still really allergic to ALOT of foods can only eat meat fruit veg still. some days i get set off by foods when i eat something i shouldnt, then i can be sick for days or wks, or month, is really tempermental, funnily enough ive got an appointment with the CDD d ...

hi, was just wondering somethings i had blasto 2 years, and took CDD treatment same as you, and finished it around same time a couple of weeks ago. ive had my repeat stool samples and they came back clear of blasto. i just wanted to know if you had massive food allergy/ intolerance as a result of blasto, and if you are able to eat most foods?? as i have lost all my blasto symtoms, BUT still have massive food allergies that have not changed. hence still get sick as a result of the food intolerance.. would like to know thanks as i may have more underlying probs ... or just ne ...

Hello to whomever it may concern, I was extremely sick with blastocystis parasite infection for 2 years, and i believe i was a very severe case i might add! I finished my second line treatment from CDD- centre for digestive diseases in sydney australia one month ago. and have now had my repeat stool samples results ** And i am now clear of the blasto infection, after my 3 day stool analysis. find a pathology that tests for blastocystis, and Dientamoeba fragilis they are both parasites, the patholgy needs you to provide to you (a special preservative/fixative) that preserves your stool samples, so the parasites arent all dead and gone by the time they reach the pathology and go undetected how do i know? as the same happened to be doctor suspecting strongyloides, but eventually it ended up being blastocystis parasite. trust me go and find a pathology lab that tests using the fixative for blasto/ dientameoba that is your first step. as its very common and i picked it ...
