What a hidden gem this forum is. I’ve just stumbled across this site, and the depth of information here is great.
I’m currently on my third day of water fasting. I have water fasted previously but never past the 40-ish hours mark. I’m a big guy at around 320 lbs, and my motivations for fasting are weight loss, discipline and to divorce myself from negative eating behaviours that I have developed over several years.
So far I feel great, with no lethargy at all. In fact, my energy is probably rising, which seems to be consistent with reports from other water fasters. On day one and two ...
