Do you think it may have been affected by high heat? Maybe it was dying, but revived again when things cooled off. Have you thought about getting the ENT doctor to check out your ears? Most medications have side effects that affect different people differently. Its good to flush Ear, nose, throat, sinus, eyes daily. Also I find doxy helps with the bacteria they carry. Peroxide drops in ears is good. Also I mix 50/50 water and braggs acv with a pinch of ceyanne to gargle with and hold in throat then spit out. The ENt are connected a tube from the ear opens in the throat.
